Since Latvia's independence in 1991, Riga has become an important transit centre for air traffic between the former Soviet bloc and the rest of the world. Griffin opened our Riga office in 1997 in order to be on hand to service the increasing crewing market that was developing, and today remain the only specialist marine travel provider in Latvia and the largest in the Baltic region.
The office is headed by local Managing Director Uldis Martinsons who has over thirty years experience in the airline industry. He is supported by a team of dedicated marine travel professionals who critically offer a multi-lingual – Latvian, Russian and English – service capability to our clients.
